Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all monetary payments made on the Creator Villa website, organized by Kridha Events (Head: Tushar Gupta). Please read this policy carefully before completing any transaction.

1. Contestant Registration Fee (₹1,499)

The contestant registration fee of ₹1,499 (INR) (previously ₹499 until 10 August 2026, 11:59 PM IST, and ₹1,499 from 11 August 2026, 12:00 AM IST onwards) covers instant contestant profile creation, identity verification, listing on our official web platform, event administration, and eligibility for the online qualification round.

• Non-Refundability: Once a contestant registration form is submitted and the ₹1,499 fee is successfully processed, the payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal or disqualification for rule violations.
• Cancellation: Contestants may request to deactivate or unlist their profile at any time by contacting support, but no refund of the registration fee will be issued upon profile cancellation.

2. Support Votes (₹5 per Vote)

Public Support Votes cost ₹5 (INR) per verified vote and are categorized strictly as digital participation services used during the online qualification stage to determine the Top 32 contestants.

• Digital Participation Service: Support Votes represent immediate digital interaction services. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, merchandise, or prize money.
• Non-Refundable: All Support Votes are strictly non-refundable once successfully submitted and recorded on our server ledger.
• Scope Limit: Support Votes are used solely to determine qualification for the Top 32 offline reality show. They do not directly guarantee contestant performance outcomes or crowning in the offline show.

3. Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors

If an account is debited multiple times due to a server connection failure, payment gateway timeout, or technical error during checkout:

• Please contact our support helpline at +91 7224940606 or email creatorsvillarealityshow@gmail.com with your transaction ID, payment screenshot, and email address within 7 days of the occurrence.
• Verified duplicate payments resulting from technical errors will be reviewed and refunded back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Fraudulent Transactions & Disqualification

Any transactions flagged as fraudulent, executed via unauthorized payment credentials, or generated through automated bot scripts will be canceled immediately. Contestants benefiting from fraudulent or automated voting will be disqualified without refund.
