We collect personal information necessary to administer the competition and process verified digital participation services:

• Contestant Data: Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp/Phone Number, Age, Height, City, State, Instagram handle, and uploaded photographs.
• Support Voter Data: Email address and optional voter name required for transaction verification and receipt dispatch.
• Transaction Data: Payment transaction IDs, payment status, timestamp, and payment method details provided securely by our licensed payment gateway partners. We do not store raw credit card details, debit card numbers, or banking PINs.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and site usage statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate business and contest administration purposes:

• To verify contestant eligibility, authenticate participant profiles, and list approved contestants on our official website.
• To process contestant registration fees (₹1,499; previously ₹499 until 10 August 2026, 11:59 PM IST, and ₹1,499 from 11 August 2026, 12:00 AM IST onwards) for profile verification and event administration.
• To process verified Support Votes (₹5 per vote) during the online qualification stage to determine the Top 32 contestants.
• To send automated digital receipts and contest updates via email or SMS.
• To enforce our terms, prevent automated voting fraud, and maintain event security.

3. Payment Processing & Gateways

All payment transactions (₹1,499 contestant registration and ₹5 public Support Votes) are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant licensed payment processing partners (including Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Easebuzz, and PhonePe). Your financial information is encrypted using SSL technology during transmission.

4. Data Protection & Security

We implement standard physical, technical, and managerial security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to contestant and voter database records is restricted strictly to authorized Kridha Events administration personnel.

5. Media & Promotional Use

By registering as a contestant, participants grant Creator Villa and Kridha Events permission to display their submitted photos, names, bios, and qualification status publicly on the website, leaderboards, and official promotional channels for competition visibility.

We use functional cookies and standard local storage session variables to maintain authentication states, track active votes during sessions, and optimize website navigation. You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
